   Nina helped me sort out the log in problem with my trade card. It wouldn't allow me log in or change my password for years. It was very frustrating to keep showing my ID to get my discount whenever I shopped at tradepoint. No other staff took interest in my problem. Just flogged me off. Nina went over and beyond.
