   The store is located on two floors at the Ilford Exchange. The ground floor is the entrance from the street adjacent to the Ilford Rail Station. It is a well organised shop, good lighting and ambience for a good shopping experience. Goods are well displayed and prices are reasonable for all sorts of household goods. There is a lift, excalator and stairs in the shop to ease movement. Self check out payment as well as click and collect services are available here. It is a nice place to shop.

   Pricy as compared to other stores, used to have free delivery for in store collection but not charged a lot. Good options around summer planting time and Christmas decorations.

   I'm starting to get fed up by the wilko store. I recently bought a new pencil case which was a clear one for 50p and the zip is not well maintained properly and easily rips off. This is the second time it has happened to me and I am so disappointed because I just keep wasting my money but you know what? I'm just going to stop shopping from this shop because of your terrible products and I don't recommend any one else buying those pencil cases anymore since they will break so easily and it will be a waste of money

   I love this Wilko branch! Beautiful products, at decent prices. I really like their flower and plant section, in particular. Here you’ll Find cushions, clocks, kitchenware, vases, wallpaper, storage containers, baskets, blankets, pillows, duvets, stationary etc. The store is neatly organised and the staff are very helpful. The store also smells amazing, which makes it feel more homely.
