    I've dealt with them several times in earlier years with no problems. Gave an order mid July. Website insists you pay up front by bank transfer (won't take a credit card) and notify them when you have paid. I did this and have not heard anything from them since. Their phone is a non existant number and their mobile is permanently switched off. Emails go unanswered and contact page seems to be ignored. Looks like they are running some kind of scam. No way to get goods or money back. SAVE YOUR MONEY, Shop elsewhere!

    Ordered picture frame hanging gear - got receipt but then absolutely no comms despite calls email and WhatsApp. Had to get money back off them via my credit card company 6 weeks later.

    Awful service and communication: my shipment was delayed by 4 weeks and after multiple chasers they finally sent me the wrong item! Never issued a refund and would just ignore my calls and messages!
