   I should never have been lured by online retailers promising a few quids cheaper and should have gone straight to this store. I will certainly be a future returning customer, after their excellent customer services (when the stuff I ordered didnt deliver after 3 weeks, they looked up something nearly identical and offered me the same discounted price as a way of compensation). I would strongly recommend using them to anyone. Don't bother using any online retailers you never heard of, if you dont want sleepless night about your money and your order.

   I didn’t actually end up buying anything. Although I was ready to spend £500 plus unnecessarily. The more than helpful staff in there gave me advice to solve the problem without spending a penny. First class customer service! I will be using this place again and recommending them. Thanks again

   Awful customer service. I first bought from here several years and it was great so I came back. They don't bring anything you order over the threshold of your house even if you need an op and can't lift. I offered to sign a disclaimer as this is allegedly to do with chipping paint. When I questioned that Paul who was taking my order turned on a sixpence, shouting and bawling and flounced off into the back. His colleagues who agreed with me that he was rude offered to take my order but I will not give my money to anywhere where such disgusting unprofessional behaviour is tolerated. It was pretty shocking and I hope they sack him.
