   Really disappointed. Have used this company on numerous occasions to get fence panels delivered. I rang today for same service and was told minimal spend for delivery was £250. I was never told this before. I paid delivery in the past. Given that I live within a mile of the yard, I assumed they would oblige. I was happy to pay delivery but company not interested in my custom

   Unbelievably rude people with no concept of customer service. More worryingly, they seem to completely make up prices as they wish and quoting different delivery prices depending on who you talk to. Their website says free delivery within a 10 mile radius and when challenged on why they wish to charge delivery, they said "that's how it is - if you want something cheaper, go to Wickes or B&Q". Thanks for the advice - I won't be buying anything from W I Chambers anytime soon. Please be aware everyone - a very shifty outfit

   The service I received was a textbook example of staff providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond the call of duty to help. I was replacing a few creeky floorboards therefore I was looking for a very spicific size, 16mm thick. I couldn't find it any anywhere (for good reason), until I found these guys who custom cut into the size I wanted even though I was only spending less than £8. This is the first time I used this company and I will definitely be using them in future...decking to do next. Thank you W I Chambers.
