   Popped into ScrewFix Hainault Works to grab a bit for the bathroom, didn’t know what it was called so took the old one with me. Joe severed me and was very knowledgable, knew where to go and was back in a flash with exactly what I needed. Also needed a couple of screws but again I didn’t know size etc but Joe knew what I needed. I’m a complete amateur at DIY but with joes help one part of the job was made easy A* customer service

   Worst Branch - Slowest service. Always ‘under staffed’. Trades counter serves no purpose here. Click and Collect option takes longer than order and paying in store. Will not recommend this branch to anyone. Delivery service would be a quicker option.

   Customer service is excellent here. A few weeks back bought a few bits and was served by a really friendly and helpful gentleman, sorry can’t remember your name. Just went again today and was served by a young guy Usman who was very helpful. Ordered a light online but was too small he went and got a few other options for me and it was no hassle for him. Very good service
