   Disgusted with how I was treated by them. I was chasesd down by the owner and his son in there porsche accusing me of taking pictures of there unit when all I was doing was driving through the ind estate as I do everyday. Wouldn't let me see the cctv footage that they apparently have, yet said it was definitely me in my red car. What have u actually got to hide anyway. Glad I don't do business with this type of people or company. All the best to everyone else

   Ordered kit for our lad who's started at college. Recieved an email to say this would be delayed. 2 days later I was given an update to say that some of the items were going to be at least 2 months and another indefinite date. I'd been charged for all items and been told they won't send any items until all items are in stock. I asked for a full refund and no response within 24hr. Very disappointing service all round! How can you charge for goods you don't have?

   Had an interview with Liam for a warehouse operative here. I knew I wouldnt be selected because he asked my age during the interview, and just in my early 30s he needed to ask my age???? Yes, I was right, I wasnt selected. Well, we can assume he was looking for younger people to pay less, though his response was that I am asking your age because you will be entitled for a higher pay. Such people are a shame and responsible for wasting time.

   Awful customer service. Ordered football kit for my daughter so she can fit in with the rest of her peers. Top was too small but no exchange or returns accepted desire item not having been worn. Items arrived promptly, as long as you know exactly what size you need you are fine but otherwise be prepared to buy two or three items and chuck them away if they don't fit.

   Terrible experience!! I would never normally leave a review but the conduct of this company motivated me into action. I Purchased football kit for Nephew at Christmas which came in wrong size. Company would not accept returns or refund despite never being worn. Beware this is not clearly identified on website. Customer service experience was truly awful, both rude and dismissive and I would strongly advise never, ever purchasing through this company to avoid disappointment.

   This place does not cater for disabilities and is ignorant of the law. I was stopped from entering the building because I was not wearing a face mask, which I do not wear due to my disability. I was then told I would not be able to enter without showing proof for my exemption. I took a step forward to show the ignorant and paranoid staff member the law of the land he lives in, that the hidden disabilities equality act states I do not need to show evidence for my disability if I do not want to and I was also going to show the gov.uk website stating no proof for mask exemption is required. When I took this step forward the double masked man put his hand out in my face and said "2m please". Either he doesn't believe his masks work or doesn't believe the social distancing works but regardless I was told that it's in their risk assessment and there's nothing they can do. From this I've gathered that their risk assessment is ignorant of the law and does not cater for disabilities or perhaps they believe it is more important than the law and peoples health. The staff were very rude in their responses and I left due to this matter and also for my health as I could have had a serious attack had I entered with a mask.
