   Huge credit to the young lad working the upstairs floor on Sunday afternoon! He really went out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed. He even offered to order the items online for me in-store, brand new, which ended up being cheaper than buying them off the shelf. Outstanding customer service this lad genuinely deserves a promotion! One thing I’d like to mention: please fix the AC system in this store. It would make it so much easier for your hardworking staff, especially since they go above and beyond to deliver great service.

   Visited this store midweek on a Tuesday. As I walked in the store in the early hours, it was quiet with not many buying customers. I walked into this store with an intention to purchase a shoe which I had in mind. As I found the shoe I wanted, I was waiting for a colleague to support with my purchase as I needed a different size. One colleague was on till serving a customer and another two were walking around, one of which walked towards me and made eye contact with me…silly me thought he was going to help as I said ‘hi I need help’ but shockingly ignored me…there was no acknowledgment at all! If the colleague was busy I would appreciate if he said a simple ‘I will be with you shortly’ however I could clearly see the colleague was just doing laps around the store therefore I just left the store.

   I would like to give a special compliment to the staff at Solihull. They were extremely cooperative and helpful when I needed to exchange my shoes, even though it was quite late. I truly appreciate their kindness and understanding. The staff members were very respectful, patient, and professional, especially the one working on the first floor. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist really made my experience exceptional. It’s rare to see such dedication and genuine care for customers these days, and I wanted to personally thank the entire team for their outstanding service. I left the store with a smile and a great impression of JD. Thank you once again — you all are doing a wonderful job!

   I went to 2 different branches on same day. I went to Chelmsley Wood and Solihull. The Celmesley store wad small but tidy. The one in solihull was bigger but very untidy and choice was not great. More like fashion wear than fitness gear.
