Had my loft window replaced today by Tim. Very friendly chap always early and cleaned up as if he was never there. Received a fair quote and fitted on the date required. Would happily use this company again. Added bonus with a 10 year warranty on the window and a warranty on the work of over 10 years
From start the guys came out and advised me on replacing our velux window , very polite and knowledgeable, replaced the window , it’s perfect and , thoroughly recommended
NEED A LOFT LADDER LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THE LOFT SHOP We decided we needed a proper ladder to access our loft, googled for recommendations of the best type of ladder and found what we needed on The Loft Shop website. We visited their shop the staff couldn’t be more helpful, Kieron showed us a range of ladders which may suit our needs, Tom came to survey our hatch, Tom was very helpful and informative. Fitting day, Tom arrived promptly covered the area he would be working in, Tom is a very polite professional, clean and tidy worker the whole fitting of the ladder and hatch took about 6 hours. Would I recommend THE LOFT SHOP, I most certainly would, the ladders I think are reasonably priced and the workmanship is second to none. PLEASED I should say so, very very happy with our new ladder and before Tom left he vacuumed the landing and stairs leaving everything as it was when he arrived clean and tidy Thank you The Loft Shop
I can not recommend the loft shop and Particularly Kieran highly enough . I required extra parts for my Fakro windows several times and Kieran advised me on the most cost effective solution , I got the extra parts quickly and at a very good price too with EXCELLENT customer service from Kieran , so helpful , professional, reliable and knowledgable . The loft shop is the only shop you should go to no matter where you live as I had them delivered to my address , which was several hours away .
