I was planning to drive here but having heard about all the parking fines they issue to their customers, not a chance. Plenty of other less sneaky companies to use out there!
Like other reviewer said someone hides in that little tool shed in the car park to take sneaky photos. They wait until the driver goes into to Euro Car Parts, who often run out of parking spaces and then takes photos for a parking company to issue a PCN. The honest thing to do would be a verbal warning but obviously they must make a commission so they'll keep this going as side hustle. Well done, cowboys!
Parked in a bay that had no clear signage Saturday morning to go to Euro car parts due to lack of parking in front and I was only gone for 15min, there were loads of other bays empty but I recieved a parking fine of £100! It says Cromwells so someone from that store took photos and sent it to private parking company. There were no private parking enforcers around so this store clearly took picture and sent it. In my opinion if a store can do that when pleanty of parking bays free, I was not causing any obstruction, I would certainly not do any business with them!
Lack of parking outside I parked overlapping their park of the car park a bit for a 2 minute reserved & pre paid parts for pickup next door at Euro car parts. Not obstructing any vehicles or access, instead of speaking to me they run out for a sneaky picture and sent off to a third party company for a £100 fine! Lack of parking I got as close to Euro Car Parts to keep as far out the way as possible, only other place to stop was on main road with double yellow painted lines! Picture was just of the front of the car, doesn't even show the position of the car or surroundings etc!
Do not order from this company, no integrity. They are disorganise and financially irresponsible and desperate for capital if they drag their feet to refund customers for items they were happy to charge but never actually had in stock to sell in the first place. Quick to take your money though! Still waiting for the refund on the order they cancelled.
Very efficient and helpful at getting awkward and unusual tools. Over a 7 year period i've always found that the tools the stock are good value for money.
