   Placed an order on June 17th 2025 for a Stihl FSA57 and received confirmation that delivery would be 1 to 3 days. Received password to access account did not work, tried to email 3 times got Mailor Demon could not deliver your message, rang them on Friday 20th told it was in stock and they did not know why it was not sent out and would be sent out that day by DX asked for conformation and tracking details still waiting. Explained about unable to see my order details on their website, sent a new password which does not work, attached a screen shot of what I get from my android phone after entering password. I am getting concerned.

   Bought 2 stihl hats they sent me 2 cheaper versions, nothing like the photo had a response of 'hope that's ok' which it wasn't then told me if I wasn't happy to send them back, no offer of them paying for delivery, they have since changed the photo but not the description on the webpage, be carefull what your buying and check part numbers will not be buying again and will not recommend

   I ordered a submersible pump and hose from these guys. Everything was in stock and I ordered before the cut-off time on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery. Come the following afternoon and no sign of a parcel, not even an email with a tracking number. I gave them a call and it was answered within a few rings. I explained the situation and after 5 minutes on hold they explained that something had gone wrong processing the order, and they'd dispatch it immediately on a Saturday delivery service so that I had it in time for the job that I needed it for. Obviously it's a shame that the order didn't arrive on the Friday as it was meant to, but their customer service made up for the mistake and I was very happy with the outcome. A lot of companies make it unnecessarily difficult to contact them by phone, so it was nice to be able to call and quickly get through to someone that could resolve the issue.

   i had ordered a stihl cultivator on line. price was very good. the downside, is site didnt say it was not in stock. So phoned after a week to ask where product was. They were awaiting delivery, so may not get it for 2 weeks and i needed it ASAP. So i asked to cancel the order and their service was friendly , helpful and very swift. I had my money back that day. I was delighted as many companys can be very very difficult in those circumstances. So thank you for making it so easy.

   Placed an order, received email confirmation confirming order and delivery 3 to 5 days. I emailed the company 10 days after placing my order, they emailed me back 2 days later to be told the order hasn't been shipped yet, I asked for a refund which has been given, just wasted 2 weeks!! I wouldn't bother with these again.
