Absolutely ridiculous customer service from someone who used to work in retail when I was a teen. Absolutely nobody around to help , was ignored by one member of staff who walked past me to the warehouse , I the rude and abrupt manager with a walky talkie. He was too busy and too high in the pedestal to help me find the right size that he got on the radio to get one of the employees to section 1 … so hung around a few mins . A person came and helped a customer who had literally walked in … rookie error by a manager to completely dismiss someone like that , it wasn’t just that it was his tone and manner too. I will not be going to sports direct again , the Redditch one or any other store . I went to JD opposite , and spent my money there aswell . I don’t buy from these stores very often but I expect the same level of service you get at any other store !!

Had a nice pleasant shopping experience at sports direct Redditch. The customer service I received was outstanding. Staff are friendly and right at hand to help straight away. The man, who works here (sorry didn't get your name) spoken to me with pride in his job and made my experience welcoming and he helped me in getting the skechers I wanted to try on.

Bought trainers but they hurt my foot when I tried them round house. Took back over a month later as not local to area and found a more expensive pair which were £18 dearer. They wouldn't exchange as over a month. What kind of store is so inflexible that they happy to loose not only my £18, but another £35 on top, as my partner was so disgusted he wouldn't buy a pair he'd found also? . Loss of £53!! Judging by the other comments they are creating a lot of very unhappy customers.

Don't bother shopping with this awful company they don't offer refunds will not exchange faulty goods and when I purchased some trainers online, they was too small only having a very short time before I go on holiday I went into store to exchange them for the next size up which they had in stocks. only to be told they won't because its an online order so I sent them back via courier that cost me an additional £5. This is just ridiculous I will never shop with this cowboy company ever again avoid these jokers

There have a wide range of sportswear for all types of sport. There are always deals in store with many items reduced. There are womens, men and children's wear available.

Sat wtg at store Tues afternoon whilst my daughter shopped. Was asked twice by staff if I needed any help. Watched the young v tall curly haired assistant help a lady with problems in the shoes dep buying socks he was so patience and understanding with her, a credit to your store.

Well stocked, quiet when I went at lunchtime on a weekday. But staff very bored. Had to wait behind a customer who they wouldn’t refund (store credit only, which I’m sure is against statutory rights, that’s what you get for buying off Mike Ashley) and then the manager walked off and ignored the growing queue

I am disabled and found it very distressing trying to drive in a straight line on my mobility scooter, considering I spent an obscene amount on and off line in 24 hours you'd think a simple thing like arranging the racks along the sides allowing for people like me to navigate round the shop would be something they could look at, Jack Jones failed to get my business because of the same reason, too many obstacles. Besides that I love the bargains
