   They make you wait for no apparent reason. Then you get the new guy on the FLT, OK it's not his fault, he's learning but it's the lack of help from his supervisor. Over 2 hours to tip, it's a bit problem at the next tip, but all was well

   The driver didnt want to offload the goods!!! Never heard of such thing! Either the company should not do delivery, or they should not have such drivers!
