   I ordered a solvent based material and 10 days later they sent me a water based material. The woman on the phone was abrupt and rude saying I can only communicate by email, which is not true. So far a terrible experience. Now they are looking into getting it replace in a week or two. So that will be getting on for a month since I ordered.

Things do go wrong, probably with the delivery company, but the important thing is how they are dealt with when this happens and in this case the team at Sealant Supplies were brilliant.    Spent a lot of time looking for the right colour of sealant with no real results until I stumbled across Sealant Supplies. I was able to match the colour I required with their color swatches and ordering was some painless via their website. Item was ordered and I was kept up to date as to when my item was despatched and it was delivered before the estimated delivery date even thought it had to be delivered to Northern Ireland. My first stop now for sealant will be Sealant Supplies. Excellent service, highly recommended.
