   We ordered 2m steel beam on a one hour click and collect on our way to a job. We knew it wouldn’t be ready by the time we got there. But for ease and accounting purposes we wanted to make sure it was in stock when we arrived and nobody else had taken it. However when we got there they couldn’t find the item or had run out of stock. We were promptly refunded but a complete waste of time. We went down the road to Travis Perkins and got it £7.00 cheaper. So would’ve been good if our time was billed at pre WWII rates.

   Very small B&Q. The smallest I have ever visited. Very few small items. It is inside of ASDA. It's at the right side after the main entrance.

   I would definitely recommend this store, the service is amazing. Ricardo went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. This included searching multiple locations for the product I required to helping me load the hot tub into my vehicle. When visiting the store on numerous occasions, all the staff members have been extremely polite and helpful!
