   Huge store with a huge car park. Has a vast collection of home, garden and DIY equipment. Good prices. Friendly staff. Not a heavily crowded place. Can explore leisurely. Due to the availability of a wide range of equipment, can compare easily and decide the most suitable option. I made a click & collect order for some garden clearance items online and went to collect them today. A customer service team member named Andrew was the biggest help ever. One of the items was missing and he went above and beyond to try to find the item and get me the help needed to try to locate it. Sadly the item was out of stock so I got a refund, but I would like to say a massive thank you to Andrew for all his help and I hope he is acknowledged by the store for his kindness and helpfulness. 5* customer service! Second visit Went to get wallpaper. The best choice around at a reasonable price and staff are helpful and friendly. No problem with refund when I took an unused roll back

   Freezing inside and felt it wasn't nicely set out. That aside I did get what I was looking for and plenty of free parking. Would I use it again, probably not as a first choice, especially as I drive past B&Q (who didn't have what we wanted) to get there.

   To be honest I haven't shopped here. But there is a local mosque and hombase has been kind enough to let us park here for our Friday prayers. So five stars to them for their hospitality

   We reserved some paint and popped in and collected it here. Big car park with lots of space and staff were helpful. Can comment on anything other than the front area for collections, but all in all a successful trip :)
