   Went for my eyelashes doing with Kelsey today and when I first looked at them they were nice and how I’d like them. As soon as I got out and into the car they started dropping off what I did think was normal with been so many on there. I then looked again to notice my lashes were twisted on one eye and had a massive gap in the other eye. When I messaged Kelsey to see what to do she refused a refund as she had offered to fix them. But she knew I couldn’t go back as I was setting off to go to Manchester airport for my holiday an hour after they were done. Not to mention she over charged me. I went over the price with her twice before I went to my appointment. Was £40 for lashes and £8 for a brow wax. I was charged a £15 deposit then £38 on the day. When I brought this up over message Kelsey told me she charged me right and told me the price but I have the screenshots of when she said it would be £25 on the day for my eyelashes. Just wouldn’t recommend this salon for lashes with Kelsey.
