   Very disappointed. This please getting from bad to worse.I have been charged way more than the materials which I buy previously from them. Almost twice. The manager Ryan come to me with the funny excuse that the prices got up. Now, the inflation for last two months is less than 2% . So I don't understand how the price goes up with 100%for this materials? For me, clearly this branch scame them customers on the very arrogant way. It just getting from bad to worse. Be aware ,Stay away from this people

   Arrived just before 4pm today but they had all closed up and gone home. The sign said they should be open til 5pm. I even called ahead to ask if I could pop down. Wasted an hour trip.

   If you like not knowing any prices, or what 'discount' you'll get on any given day on any given product then this is for you. "Have you got an account?", "what branch is that account at?" , "do you know Dave?". These all play a part in the price you'll pay, it's 2025 ffs, got to be a better way of doing business. How about we all pay the same for a bit of timber or whatever and for your loyal customers (or for those that know Dave) you do a loyalty card or cash back like most other companies in 2025.
