Not only for fitting and selection help, but also for aftercare, including adjustments and attention.    The service at Ellis Brigham is excellent - we booked a ski boot fitting appointment which was for 2 hours. The staff are experts and explained the different types of boots, measured feet and carefully fitted the boots. My husband has very wide feet so his boots were stretched for him to fit perfectly. I had my boots stretched as my feet have changed since I last wore them. So happy with the service. Thank you

   New boots and adjustments - I was really happy with the service I got on Saturday. Arron was very knowledgeable and found me the right set of boots and was able to adjust them to make them very comfortable. I thought I would just pick a pair that I liked the look of and they would work, but there's a lot more involved and I'm glad that Arron was there to advice me and select the right boots for me

   I visited the Tamworth shop yesterday for a ski boot fitting and had a really good experience. Hannah was really patient and was also very knowledgable, taking the time to explain everything clearly to me (a relative novice buying my first pair of boots). I’ve tried out my new boots today and they definitely feel a lot more comfortable than the rental boots, and it’s great to know that I can go back and get any adjustments made if needed. Would definitely recommend!

   We love to pop in here to grab a few last minute bits for our ski holidays. We always come away spending a small fortune on the kids especially. The pricing is competitive to similar online retailers. Staff are really knowledgable and they work with the big players like Burton to put on event days where you can speak with the industry experts and try and buy on the same day.

   I cannot think of another store where every member of staff encountered was so helpful and kind. I had booked to discuss buying a new pair of skis and needed advice about which type of ski would most resemble the performance of my old pair which I had been so pleased with. Jake was able to spend time giving me a detailed discussion about the pros and cons of various skis they had in stock. I was very happy with the advice I received and decided to buy one of the options. Thank you very much....a great store with a great team.

   I received brilliant customer service from Jake at the Snow Dome Branch. I needed a boot re fit after a few years of not skiing - he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I attended my appointment last Friday, he told me what was needed, we arranged for me to collect my boots today (I could have collected earlier but this day suited me) - prompt service throughout. Tried my boots out at the Snow Dome - difference was amazing, so much more comfortable. Definitely recommend.

   I got fitted for some ski boots by Sam. I’ve been skiing for years; this was the best fitting for equipment I have had. Excellent knowledge, simple explanation of the process and reasons why the fit should be the way it is and a great attitude and friendly demeanour. Outstanding!
