Having had two operations on my foot I was looking for advice on trainers to walk and possibly run again in. The young female who dealt with me gave me really excellent advice following a gait analysis and thermal foot test. I was so impressed with her knowledge and I left the shop feeling really comfortable in my new trainers and confident that they would allow me to continue to exercise in the future. I visited the running shop today and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. I had a gait analysis and a thermal test of my feet done, both of which were incredibly insightful. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I was able to try on several pairs of trainers until I found the ones that suited me best. Would highly recommend this service!
I went here today for a gait analysis and new running shoes, all the team are so helpful and knowledgeable. The analysis was brilliant, so informative and explains a few aches and pains I have been getting. After a few years off running I am now fully equipped with everything I need to get back on it. Alpha Running has excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble. Great help and advice received. I love my Brooks Adrenaline which were recommended after a gait analysis. Loved them so much I’m now on my 3rd pair.

Had a thermal test done & had great advise off a lovely lady. Definitely going again. Love my new trail runners. Rang up with a pain in my foot wearing my new trainers went back & they looked at them again & exchanged them for another pair which are loads better.
Excellent service and customer experience. Gait analysis was extremely useful for what was required for me and gained a lot of knowledge that will help me on my running experience. Staff are full of knowledge and experience and are really helpful in finding what’s best for any individual. Will be my new running shop for sure.
