   Ordered slabs and sand for patio. Order was delivered next day, and we were given call hour before delivery. There were some slabs missing which they informed, and said will deliver them on Monday. And we received the rest on Monday as promised. When started working, noticed cracks on some slabs, after some calls and emails were able to receive replacement, and they were delivered same day. Very thankful for the support and quick response.

   Excellent Service. I have purchased from the Northfleet branch on three separate visits, on each occasion the service has been outstanding. First visit, Alfie, helped with loading, without prompt plus with a smile. Second visit, Courtney gave great advice has excellent knowledge and clearly likes to help others. Third visit, Carly could not do enough to supply me with products which were best for the works required. The manager was clearly delighted with the feedback. Well done Travis Perkins!

   . Happy days first 2 orders turned up on said day. Third order nothing called Northfleet staff there were so good order was lost in the system. Well done lads and lasses at Northfleet sorted out over the phone, got another delivery slot, And guess what it turned up delivery day 7.30 very happy. Good quality wood and fixings well pleased

   Order was received incomplete. Trying to pass off scrap material buried within the bulk of an order is underhanded and dishonest. All in all I would describe this experience as very below average.
