   Only recently moved into the area and been amazed by the excellent and friendly service I've received on each visit to Screwfix Wrotham. Today I was served by Ryan who could not have made a greater effort to help with my two issues. The outstanding customer service really makes me want to go out of my way to buy from the store. Thank you guys ... even my little dog enjoys his visits! :)

   Popped in early Tuesday morning. Only needed a few things. As always with the touch screen ordering its the customer that does all the work nowadays and all the guy at the till has to do is take the payment. Clearly this is to much to ask and the one person working behind the counter was still asleep. Needless to say I then spent 15 minutes waiting for the customer in front of me to be dealt with before id had enough and walked out. I decided to go to Toolstation nearer to were I was working, used the old fashioned catalogue and order slip and was done within minutes. The chap was fast and efficient with a good attitude unlike the previous visit to Screwfix. Sort it out Screwfix. Tradesmen need fast and efficient service so we can get on with our jobs and earn money, we are not going in to your shops for fun at 7am.

   Disappointing its a catalogue store and their return policy isn't particularly clear. I was told once to get in contact with the manufacturer after purchasing a product from the store that didn't work.

   I may have just had an isolated bad experience, the member of staff who service seemed rather new and had no idea about any of the stock. Service was slow and I eventually got what I was after.
