   Really helpful and knowledgable guys from the trade counter to the delivery driver in his Hi-Ab. Nothing was too much trouble when i was asking for advice on artificial grass preparation, the grass by the way is top quality and really thick - and the prices are really reasonable - Keep up the great work Guys!!! My customer was over the moon with her finished garden - pics show before and just after the grass was laid!

   So first asked for a cost off building materials for my extension the sizes were sent over with drawings ove had every excuse from the guys are still looking to the guy who is looking into it is of for a week at a wedding 6 weeks later since i first opened a conversation and lots of emsils trying to get a costs ive finally asked again yesterday and still today no reply i called TRAVIS PERKINS today they told me how much within 3 hours ive wasted 6 weeks with this discount builders lot absolutely waste off time if you wont service without storys dont go there loads off staff no idea

   I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent delivery experience that caused significant inconvenience and distress. I ordered materials for a large garden fence and was told delivery would occur between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. I specifically requested a later time within that window and was assured this would be fine. I was also told I’d receive a phone call approximately 30 minutes before the delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived at 8:30 AM—without any prior notice—just as I was about to leave for the school run. I asked the driver if he could return later, and he kindly said he would try. Shortly after, I received a call from someone named Bal in your office, who told me the unloading would only take five minutes. I explained that I urgently needed to leave, as my daughter was attending a new school for the day and was already feeling anxious. Being late made her even more upset, which was deeply frustrating and upsetting for both of us. When I mentioned the prior agreement for a later delivery and a courtesy call, Bal denied both, which I found dismissive and unprofessional. His tone came across as pushy and unsympathetic, especially given the circumstances. While the delivery driver was courteous and understanding, the interaction with Bal left a very negative impression. I’ve supported your business for years because you’re local and have always been reliable. However, this experience has made me question whether I can continue to do so.
