   Sold me expired white silicone (2 tubes), worst is not the money spent on it but the job I had to delay till next day, tried to squeeze out from one tube as was very bad, thought might be still good in the centre of tube as was desperate to finish the job that evening but no luck and the women, I brought back to the shop for a refund, even told me that it was used and could only refund for one tube instead of two, clearly says man date 17.02.22 and use it in 24 months But at the end refunded for both

   Over the years I have been happy with Toolstation. Beware click and collect though. They are very casual about it. I ordered an item costing over £400 and the item was not there when I went to collect and they won't refund me. They claim I or a fraudster collected it and produced ID. Strange one that, I have never over many years been asked to produce ID. They seem unable to say, when it was collected or what ID was produced . Without any investigation other than a brief conversation with the Thurrock manager customer services insist it is nothing to do with them. Screwfix here I come!

   Great Customer service from Lauren. Location is easy to access. Good Covid-19 sanitising setup at the entrance for customers & guest. Lauren was very knowledgeable on the items I needed and promptly located them and offered options. Talked me through the paperless system via online account setup to ease repeat orders and track purchases. I signed up without hesitation. Courteous, Good humour and Great attention to customer needs. Will highly recommend.
