   This is a review for Ultra Floor Prime IT Grit. I stripped a floor of lino tiles to find bitumen adhesive covering the screed. Nasty stuff making normal tiling operations almost impossible because tile adhesive will not work on bitumen. Looked around and found this product. It comes in a 5 litre container and you are required to spread it so thinly that I could have treated the whole street. Absolutely amazing product. Stuck fast to the bitumen and the gritty surface gives an ideal key for the tile adhesive. Can't praise it more. Solseal got it to me in two days which at this time of year (mid December 2025) I thought spot on. My experience of Solseal was excellent. Thanks.

   Fantastic service from these guys and ladies. Was worried as never heard of them till a Google search.
