   While it's great that the staff are helpful, it's very frustrating being in a growing queue waiting for another customer to talk through all the options in the catalogue with the single member of staff because they didn't do their homework. In Screwfix you can just tap "I'm here" in the app and there's always someone to handle collection orders. If Toolstation are too tight to staff the store properly, at least make it policy to check the queue for quick collections first. Stood waiting for 10 minutes - my order was literally right behind the counter!
