   I placed an online order for an item worth nearly £600, which was charged to my account. Soon after, I received an email stating the order had been cancelled due to a pricing error. While I understand such errors can happen, the communication was lacking, there was no mention of the correct price, a goodwill offer, or clear information about whether a refund had been made and when I should expect to receive my money back. My follow-up email went unanswered, and my call to customer service was met with conflicting information and an unhelpful attitude. At the time, I felt completely dismissed. However, I have since been contacted by one of the company’s directors, who put me in touch with someone very helpful. They addressed my concerns professionally and offered a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. While the initial experience was frustrating and concerning, I’m reassured by the way the situation was ultimately handled. Based on the full experience, I’ve updated my rating accordingly.

He took the time to explain the differences between the two and never once tried to upsell me or push me to buy something I didn’t need like other places do!    Brilliant company, ordered a Dewalt product, had in stock and was the best price including battery and charger. Ordered around 2pm and product arrived by Fed Ex by 1pm the next day.    Ordered these virtually impossible to get flap disks from makita around lunchtime tuesday. Cost me £10 including delivery and vat.. Arrived wednesday morning at 11am. As far as im concerned i shall be using them from now on. Checked some of their pricing on other items and they are very competitive.. Can't fault the service I recieved.

   Ordered tile saw on Wednesday for next day delivery as needed it before the weekend, got phone call several hours later to say there was an issue with stock and supply and had to cancel the order. Asked if it had anything to do with pricing etc (was cheapest on the net but not by much) and was told "no" issue with website. Bought my tile saw elsewhere and got delivery next day only to see the tile saw advertised against today on Eldon but £465 more than Wednesday. So, instead of owning up to a mistake, they fobbed me off with a quick lie. Also bought some nodged trowels on next day delivery and have not arrived and it's weekend now so have to rely on Amazon prime now to get my work done this weekend. Not a great experience for me!!
