   Greet vape shop has to be my favourite vape shop I walk miles to get the greet vape experience always friendly and helpful, Tristan and maff are vape kings nobody no vape shops can better them when it comes finding me a good deal and a great quality product oh and btw every fortnight I get a tasty CBD liquid and would recommend Orange County CBD brand for people who have side effects from medicine like me XX

   Excellent friendly and helpful service. I’m new to vaping and the guy behind the counter couldn’t do enough to help me out. Everything from deciding what type of pen, (I hadn’t a clue what I wanted) to what flavour of eliquid was all taken care of. The guys are clearly very knowledgeable and also really sound, not pushy and genuinely friendly down to Earth. They set my chosen vape pen up for me and let me try out. I left the shop with a tasty new vape pen of my own in no time. They also have handy rewards scheme for each time you spend a tenner or more. Previously I ordered online from another completely different company and got a faulty one, really wish I’d just popped along to this shop sooner. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

   Just avoid, postal strike!! Misses passport was ordered the same night I placed my order, she's sent her passport back and got her new one before I received my disposables. No update on tracking, nothing. Plus I paid for 24 hour shipping!!

   Online service is a complete and utter joke.. Customer service is 0/10. wouldn't recommended these people to anyone.. In store shop might be better. Pay for next day delivery and still waiting 3 days later. Takes them well over 24 hours to reply to a simple email Grudge even giving 1 star out of 5 . Avoid online shop at all costs

   STAY AWAY FROM THE ONLINE SHOP Incredibly poor customer service from online service. Royal Mail lost the package and the customer service team did not respond for days on end, and when eventually they respond I was told to wait 10 days to see if it’s shows up, instead of sending replacement goods and dealing with the courier themselves. When I asked for a refund told I had to wait 10-12 working days to get my money back. Would never recommend using the online shop, very dismissive of keeping their customers happy
