I was interested in the selection of generators that this shop has. And some other tools and equipment (rechargeable). The staff were very helpful and friendly and even directed me next door for vehicle polishing equipment. I didn't look at the generators too closely. But my visit gave me a general idea of what they had in stock.
Excellent company to deal with I bought a new 100amp mig welder in January. Unfortunately when I went to use it for the first last weekend it kept tripping the 32amp MCB in the garage and the wire feed wasn't stable either, too fast or two slow or just sticking. I called the Twickenham branch where I bought it and they couldn't be more helpful. The said they would call their technical department and call me back within half an hour and they did (other organisations please take note, THIS is Customer Service). They have asked me to take my welder back for an exchange for a new item. Fantastic customer service and I will definitely buy from Machine Mart again (although I do buy most of my tools in there as they are good quality).
An excellent local store who always have stock of whatever you require, very helpful and cheerful staff in Twickenham branch, well done, more than a five star service!….

Excellent service as normal, good products at reasonable prices. Their Clarke's lithium ion site light, is totally superb, small, compact, well designed, 3 light intensities up to 1,200 lumens, 3 led lights to indicate the level of charge, power bank USB outlet, and USB charging, long operation, and far superior to Screwfix's version, which is about the same price, only one light intensity and you cannot tell how charged it is. Well done Clarkes at about £23.98p an absolute winner, I bought 2, and will definitely be back for more. Well done.
Needed a tool to remove an awkward oil filter , and was given excellent advice from a member of staff. He told what I needed and he was right. Removed the oil filter in quick time. Amazing customer service. Thank you.
Offer a really good range of tools and kit. Have saved me on multiple occasions. The manager knows his stuff. Tools are excellent value for money.
Idle staff uninterested in helping me select my power tool, I had 300gbp to spend .... So after being shown the catalogue pages with what might or might not be available I was left to 'stew'. Ambled around looking at Chinese made bric a brac and walked out.
