We ordered late afternoon yesterday needing to finish a project and Angelina ensured all of our order was delivered first thing this morning. 5 star service. We have used this company for years and will continue to do so. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Disappointed when turned up today to find a sign saying we are only taking phone orders , and when speaking to them on phone has been since pandemic started last year , though many other businesses are back open and would of happy to of worn a mask. I used to love this place as you could go in and take a bolt nut or screw and they would come back with the same exact match not like shops where they are all in boxes or packets and you can really see to measure up or know the exact size . Businesses want your support these days but this isn’t helpful for people who need to go in and speak to the person at the counter directly

   I purchased a festool Domino. I phoned for advice at around 10am the phone was answered quickly and the advice I received was excellent.    I went to this shop recently to be confronted with a sign internet orders and pre-arranged collections only....?? Completely wasted trip as no mention of this policy on their website? When I queried this with I presume the owner he simply said he had not had time to update the website and that I should have called the shop to check first? No apology and wrong attitude in my opinion. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere because this business clearly values it's customers.

   Amazing variety of products and staff very helpful. They pointed me in the right direction for the fixings I needed, at a good price, and I can't say I get that sort of service everywhere. Well worth a visit and now I know I can order online with confidence - and get deliveries on time.

   Always helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. Great range of fixings for all jobs. Great range of tools for the trades man (and diyer). Only found this little gem through work, now buy 98% of all the company fixings and blades/tools from them (the other 2% they dont stock or I'm to far away)!
