   Recently purchased a Shrey kit bag through the Cicada website. I’d seen it priced lower elsewhere, so messaged them via the web form. Alex literally replied within minutes and even priced it slightly lower! All my emails (yes, I'm very fussy!) were answered almost straight away (even late in the evening). Order placed late Thursday, DPD details received on Friday, and delivered on Saturday!! The bag arrived in top condition, well packaged (fully boxed), and exactly as described. As for the bag itself - Shrey Legacy Wheelie Duffle 80. My son's first reaction when he saw it, 'absolutely GOATed!' Now he wants one too. Need I say more? The other seller I mentioned earlier had a horrid attitude, but Alex has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

   The owner was great, he knew his stuff, he wasn't pushy with expensive bats and he recommended what was good for us. Got this beautiful GN Tempesta for only £100 in size harrow. These guys only have the best quality bats for sale and I fully recommend them. Definitely coming back here for future purchases. 10/10

   Highly satisfied with the customer service. Had an issue with my GM 909 cricket bat. They sent it back and got it repaired immediately. I wasn't fully satisfied so they offered me a replacement bat. Good service and reliable. Highly recommended.

   Can only speak from personal experience as a player and as a programme coordinator but Cicada have been outstanding for many years in their service. From being Cardiff Metropolitan University’s kit supplier some years they were second to none in them quality of clothing but also being reliable and proactive around deliveries times. Inevitably any kit supplier is in the hands of overseas travel challenges, so whilst sometimes things were delayed we always felt like we knew what was going on and knew we would be looked after. On a personal playing front, some kit providers try to go too overboard and flashy with their equipment. Having used Cicada products for 9-10 years at National Counties level I have never had an issue with their quality which is excellent and traditional in nature. Bats, pads and gloves in particular have been durable and comfortable with absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for kit that will be value for money and will last.

   Customer service was bad, online prices are different from in-store also. When asked why he said you can pick and feel the bat but when you only have one of the bats theres not much to choose. The guy should go on a customer service course.

   Ordered a new balance bat for my 9 year old son’s birthday. The order was accepted. 4 days later I receive an email to be told they cannot supply it. I missed my son’s birthday as a result. Perhaps I should have taken notice of the strangely high number of poor reviews before choosing to buy from this company. I won’t make the same mistake twice.
