   Absolutely fantastic service! I spent ages in the shop trying out different racquets, and Robin was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout. He helped me find the perfect racquet, strung it beautifully, and tied the grip tape with such precision and care. His customer service was truly exceptional, I felt completely supported from start to finish. I’m utterly besotted with my new racquet and can’t wait to get back on court. Highly recommend this shop, and a special thank you to Robin for making it such a brilliant experience!

   DO NOT GET YOUR RACKET RESTRUNG HERE If I could give zero stars I would. I got my racket restrung here and they somehow managed to completely destroy the frame of my racket to the point the whole racket broke across from where the damage occurred. This was a Yonex Astrox 88D pro which is quite expensive (regardless this shouldn’t happen with anyone’s racket) When I tried to call and complain for a refund and the cost of my racket, they said they would call back which they never did. Do not use this company for your racket needs, they do not give the care that your racket deserves. Please see the attached photos and make the call for yourself whether it’s worth taking your chance with Racketline

   Gave a badminton racket in for restringing. They didn't take a phone number to contact me on, didn't restring the racket by the day they said they would. Gave them a second chance, and they did absolutely nothing with it in just under two weeks. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your money and go somewhere useful instead.

   Try to avoid this place, I I gave my t shirts to print name on it but it's took 1month with wrong way round writing, when I complain, the owner who looks gentleman but he show his worst attitudes. I think he is sick,big haded .
