Very friendly staff members and good customer service, especially for DofE boots. I understand that they are rebranding soon and hope the good customer service continues once they reopen!

This shop used to be really good for quality products at a reasonable prices but it now pretends to be closing down it has been the same for the last 2 years making people think that are getting a bargain but in reality you can find most things cheaper elsewhere to me seems a bit of a scam..

Followed the good recomendations on my stay in Birmingham with some collegues. Does open up when they want to. Opening times are just decoration. Waited nearly 2 hours until we went to another shop, Farther away. Try your luck. I won't again.

Reasonably good range of outdoor gear for size of shop. Some products are outrageously overpriced (£28 for an OS drinks bottle) but also others very good value for money (£4.50 for a 1 Ltr drinks bottle) so worth checking prices. Also only place in Birmingham still selling gas canisters I know of.

Amazing service today from Alan at Milllets in Union St Birmingham. I knew the boots I wanted and he quickly helped me locate the right size and helped with the fitting. He was just going off shift but made a point of handing me over to other members of staff upstairs who were also very helpful and this ensured that I had a seamless experience. They have a sale on in January with some good discounts so I will definitely be back. Great Service Alan and I hope you will be there when I visit again. :0)

Limited choice of items, no good deals on products to be had. Difficult to get the attention of staff and even harder to get any assistance. Products are of decent quality but its upto you to find a good one all on your own. A lot of the clothes won't have their price tags on which means more attempts at hailing the staff.
