   OB Makes ordering for my projects an absolute breeze, they have everything I need and i've worked all my regular items into a spreadsheet to make my quoting as efficient as possible. They sent a wrong drill bit type once and had the correct one with me by the end of the next day which is the customer service you need from suppliers, mistakes happen but the important part is the resolution and they more than stepped up. Can't recommend them enough and appreciate their efficient and great service

Mike C went above and beyond to help me get an order for next day, despite being very late when ordering. Then continued to follow up with tracking. Thank you Mike!!    What a great shop. Time was taken to assess what I needed and the closest match was found and then provided free of charge as the quantity was so small! Sadly they didn't stock exactly what I was looking for so only 4 stars but can't fault the service. ⭐

   Sadly one of the only shops that have security fasteners. I hate when I have to go there. Grumpy miserable rude staff and even is empty you still have to wait at least 30 minutes after you paid to get your items. One star is purely for the stock they keep. They should get 10 stars for that but they loose on waiting time. Some of the staff deserves a -5 if that will be an option. Edit: today I had to return there and was served by a different gentleman. Looks like that input helped. Still room for improvement. I didn’t mentioned this but the initial review was written after 5 different visits with different requests and will take some time to see a change. More than happy to edit this if things change.
