Jollies cancelled our booking in half term due to no electric - fair enough. But I've had to chase my refund as the staff say they are "too busy". They have ignored messaged and calls and when I have eventually got through the staff member on the phone was extremely rude! Last time we visited a staff member was rude to one of the children within our group and we had to request an apology. Having looked through the reviews myself I can see this is a regular occurrence. The staff in this soft play are far from friendly or Jolly! They enjoy taking your money but provide zero customer service!

Took my granddaughter here and she loved it. You get a table and the food is inexpensive and ok. Would definitely come again

Great for kids. My daughter had a party there recently, and she loved it, so much fun to be had for the little ones. The staff was great, the set up for the party was good and they brought out a cake, with candles and we all sang happy birthday, but the food was a tad expensive

Attended for a children’s party, felt like they just wanted everyone out. As 45 minutes before closing they announced last orders for hot drinks which was very off putting. Then, lots of children were complaining that they needed the toilets so I went to investigate to see that the boys and girls toilets were closed for cleaning with chairs put in the way, there was only one disabled toilet for a children’s party of 40 kids plus parents, this was not thought through very well. Also when trying to help the children use a toilet I noticed that cleaning chemicals and a full mop bucket was left unattended, not great with so many children running around. The constant tannoys announcing closing in 30 minutes, 20 minutes, 10 minutes and then that they were closed was a little excessive and made everyone feel uncomfortable and unwanted. In the last half hour of the children’s party tables were being rearranged with all the drinks and cups taken away. Also having staff vacuuming the floor when children are still at the facility playing and wondering around was a major trip hazard. Wouldn’t go back as even though the indoor play area was great, the atmosphere was cold, the staff were miserable and it just felt very unwelcoming like the staff were just counting down to kick the children out so they could get home.

Amazing play centre, we recently held our sons 6th birthday party here - a fab time was had by all. Our son has to follow a strict gluten free diet (he's coeliac). Jollies were able to cater a full gluten free party, care was taken to ensure our sons food was safe for him to eat. The food was delicious and my son got to have a 'normal' party experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks so much to team Jollies, always a 5 star experience when we visit :)

This is by far the best playcentre in Preston. The staff are welcoming and genuinely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get in and the food and drinks are nicely priced too, the staff provide table service which is so welcome when you're with two under threes. Can't recommend this place enough. The actual play area is brilliant. It's interactive and loads of different themed areas. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
