    Hi I initially booked with these guys and I paid a substantial amount as a first payment all was ok until I had to cancel due to family issues,they took the entire first payment as deposit and refused return,I could understand if it were a deposit but on enquiry they had not even booked my holiday at any point. after many calls I'm still chasing £750 totally unprofessional and I certainly won't be using this company again ever
