   We recently used One world Travel for our holiday to Poland and they went above and beyond our expectations. They kept in touch, where always friendly and happy to help. They made everything as clear as possible, and where if something went wrong what to do We've had a nightmare with another travel agent in the past and the experience couldn't be more different. We fully intent to book our future holidays with one world travel - shout out to the Beverley office too, the fact these teams work so well together is really commendable

   Always found this a very friendly shop when going to exchange money. On this occasion I decided to get them to price me a holiday up to Thailand for Christmas and New Year. I have phoned up on three different occasions within 5 weeks about the same holiday I have spoken to three different advisors been promised the world not one of them has got back to me with a quotation I appreciate people are busy but a friendly call to say it’s being dealt with but no nothing i will definitely not be booking a holiday with this company.

   I prefer to have control of all aspects of my holiday using online websites or flight/holiday apps - I get some people may want it all handled for them. Booking with Oneworld restricted us in that we were reliant on them providing us with documentation/vouchers/boarding passes. The timing was such that we felt the need to travel unnecessarily to a distant branch to get our boarding passes (local branch was closed). Granted the holiday was an excellent deal (I'm writing this while away) but I'm struggling to consider doing it again with Oneworld.

   Do not book through this travel agents. Myself and my husband booked with them for our honey money. We agreed with the agent we wanted to go to sharm el sheikh, the argent took our details and called us a couple of hours later. She had found a wonderful hotel, which had an on site water park and lazy river going around the complex. Or so we thought, this was not the case when we arrived we found we was in fact staying in hurghada, the hotel had non of the amenities we had being told about. The hotel was in fact catered towards for non British holiday makers. On arriving back in the uk we spoke with Isabell at 1world travel, who was extremely rude and told us this was our fault and not the travel agency’s. the only reason this travel agents has being given a 1 star is because it’s the lowest we can put on.

   VERY POOR SERVICE ! Booked a holiday to Mexico. Had to ring and ask for our tickets. We were promised an e ticket would be emailed, didn't happen..Eventually had to go into the shop 2 days before we were due to fly. No one from here tried to contact me to provide the paperwork I needed for the holiday I had paid for. If I had booked online with tui it would all have been emailed to me directly. We didn't have an option to book seats on the plane..very poor service. Changed money and was given incorrect info regarding currency..

   1 stars is a compliment. Called in 3 times to book honeymoon and after 3 weeks of chasing I gave up, every time I chased they asked for my holiday details so they clearly had never even looked at it and never an apology!

   Great customer service and really helpful. Made a confusing multi city trip booking a complete breeze. Couldn't recommend enough! Big shout out to, I believe it was Lisa, who was able to take the dates we had planned and build everything exactly as we had wanted and make it reality for a great price. Great and helpful with printing the details off for me to go away and confirm. After a quick phone call she even made amendments to one leg of the flights which felt so easy and we were booked in no time. Will definitely be my number 1 going forward!

   Booked a family holiday through them. The great thing about using a travel agent is they do the hard work for you so if your first option isn't available they can offer others without you having to search the Internet. Oneworld were recommended by a friend and we will definitely use them again. Staff members were polite friendly and knowledgeable and although it took time to find the holiday and dates we wanted there was never the feeling that we were being hurried. They were busy, so plenty of other customers were using their services including their currency counter (which was offering currency at a better rate than other outlets). One world makes the whole job of booking a holiday so much easier. We have been very pleased with our experience overall and therefore have given them a top rating.
