   Came today and the staff were so lovely and attentive, always very smiley and welcoming. Ordered a pizza from the cafe and the pizza was actually the best pizza I've eaten since it was super cheesy! Definitely recommend this place to everyone

   Place is great for kids but their prices on drinks and snacks are extortionate. £5 for a slush, £1.70 for water and £2 for a can that has written on it “part of a multipack and should not be sold separately” snacks are £1.50 and are the tiniest bars and packets ever. It’s not on when it already costs £22 for 2 hours and your kid is having to stay hydrated. At least make your prices fair, other places are a lot cheaper and they don’t charge as much as you to play and they manage it.

   Had my son's 7th birthday in here today. Staff were so helpful, nothing was ever too much for them, they helped me even before the party started bringing my balloons/heavy bags in. They were so so so helpful, probably the most helpful staff I've come across in the last 7 years since having parties for my son. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Thank you so much!! X

   I attended a party at air unlimited Liverpool in October 2024 and I honestly can’t rate them highly enough. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication from the beginning. When we arrived we were so pleasantly surprised at the efforts gone to. There were 25 of us so we had the double party room. It was set up beautifully with a space for each guests with branded water bottles, sock and sweet cups. There were balloons too. The staff manners were all so attentive and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. One of our party lost her bank card, it was handed in before and our host had it back to her before she even knew she’s lost it. He’d remembered her name from check in. The kids had an absolute ball on all of the slides, trampolines and bounce activities. We had children with us ranging in ages from one to teens and there was something to suit all ages. All of the stations were manned really professionally as well. I’m sometimes a worrier but I felt so safe letting my children go off and explore. It was lovely to watch them from the upstairs cafe too. We were given a selection of pizzas, chicken nuggets, chips and donuts/cakes. We had so much that we even took two pizza boxes home. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back. Absolutely brilliant.

   Took my family here for a fun day out and spent £71 for a 1 hour sesision that was for a family of 5. The place is overpriced for what you get and I wouldn’t advise going there. the staff are young and extreamly rude I am sure there from 17 to 21 and have no life experinace or any children. There is to much policing for the amount you pay, the way staff speak to adults an children is appalling and they would be the main reason I wouldn’t go back there. I would give a zero star rating if I could.

   Absolutely amazed at the size of this venue..just held our granddaughters 5th birthday party today & the staff went above & beyond to cater for all the 20 guests..The children had the place to themselves & there was plenty for them to do..Special thanks to Ethan (our party planner) for getting the children registered & socked up! He was ever so polite & helpful..Thanks to all the team today 4pm-6pm 15/07/22
