   Our experience was a real ordeal: more than 60 hours of travel in 7 days, accumulating more than 20 hours of delays (not counting the hours spent looking at the app, checking each timetable, etc.). The app indicates impossible connections, trains are missing, the pass disappears from the app during checks, the trains are overcrowded or limited to a certain number of Interrail passes. We received no discount, and we feel that this price does not meet expectations or the general reviews. Therefore, you need a lot of time, patience, and resourcefulness to "take advantage." We combined the German network (the worst in Europe, as we learned on the spot), and the French network (no better). Either we were incredibly unlucky, or the commercial information only focuses on the positive aspects and does not adapt to the problems of certain countries. So I'm contacting Interrail to inform passengers about the reliability of the networks so they know what to expect and can perhaps choose their destinations accordingly! We now have to justify all the delays in order to hope for a €70 refund (yayyyyyy).

   Brilliant app. Made the whole interrail planning process between me and my friends so much easier and less hassle than using the European rail websites. Added Croatia to the itinerary too after reading about it on their blog and absolutely loved it. Will definitely be using next time I go interrailing
