   Having previously worked in the travel industry for many years, I have to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Joanna H. My itinerary (Nova Scotia and Montreal) wasn't all that complicated, but Joanna listened to my requirements, went through all the options, and did everything she could to come up with the best package: she was very understanding, and took a lot of the stress out of what was a stressful time. She was a great example of why human travel agents / consultants can still beat computers hands down. From my experience, I would heartily recommend NATS.

   John Pollard of North America Travel Service travels with you every step of the way from research and advice based on your previous travel expectations to the actual holiday. He has 44 yrs experience of working with North America Travel and is passionate about finding the type of cruise or bespoke holiday for you. Eg. My case was stolen in Monte Carlo before I embarked a 6 star Regent Seven Seas Cruise. He phoned every hotel in the port, Police, Port Agent but to no avail, so I embarked with no clothes but he was with me every step of the way to make my problem less traumatic.    We have booked 12 road trip holidays (so far) through North America Travel Service and they have all been fantastic. Joanna and Steve have really looked after us, giving excellent advice, making adjustments to suit our requirements and preferences, thereby making these trips personal to ourselves.    We booked a trip to Texas and had ideas of where we might like to visit. Thanks to John we were able to tailor the tour specifically to our requirements and with some extra suggestions he made. If it hadn’t been for John we would not have visited the Dude ranch which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The accomodation he chose for us was great and in good locations. We had one minor glitch during our holiday but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently and therefore did not detract from the overall experience, I would definitely book with NATS again.

   Both myself my wife and my family have all used North America travel for our American and Canadian holidays for over 10 years. We have always found their advice to be excellent, honest and straightforward. We have dealt with Steve for each holiday we have booked whose knowledge on the best hotels to stay and places to see has been first class. We have always had straightforward honest advice on which hotels and sites are good and what you should expect when you arrive. I cannot thank them enough for the memories we have had and the fantastic sites we have seen over the years from Niagara Falls to the Grand Canyon to the Canadian Rockies. Unfortunately due to health reasons we have had to cancel our latest holiday on the Rocky Mountaineer, but I just wanted to say a big thank you, there service has been first class and we have discovered beautiful places to see and stay which we would never have thought of. I would personally like to wish all of the team at North America travel all the very best for the future and thank you all so much for the wonderful memories we now have which are invaluable.

   We have just returned from a great holiday in Boston and New York all arranged by N.A.T.S Leeds. Steve made the booking simple including the Amtrak rail travel that we wanted. The flights were very good and the two hotels (Loews in Boston & The Benjamin in N.Y.) were excellent. This included a room move at the Benjamin carried out with the minimum of fuss at past midnight on our first night. We cannot praise the staff at both hotels enough as they really did add to our enjoyment of the trip. Thank you for all your help and we would have no hesitation in recommending N.A.T.S to anyone.

   This year we decided to put our holiday in the hands of the North American Travel Service - we were not sorry! The planning took account of everything we wanted to do and see along with extras that were suggested by the amazingly knowledgeable team. Seven weeks after we are still reliving many of the moments and places we visited. We cannot put our finger on why it was so superb - it exceeded all our expectations by a country mile! The route enabled us to see so much of the areas we visited, the hotels were amazing with beach facing views, canyon views, spectacular fountain view rooms - I could go on and on! The whole experience was exceptional. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company for anyone wishing to have that extra personal touch when planning their holiday. Their attention to detail is second to none due to their first hand knowledge of the country. The pictures are a small sample of the thousand or so we took to give a flavour of the variety of places we visited, not included a picture of the helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon just in case you don't like heights! Well worth considering for your next trip to the USA.
