    I was not happy with the flight or transport at all. The transfer left us while I was a family of 9 people. This caused a big problem for us and ruined our mood completely. I was there on time bus the bus wasn’t there. We were stuck under the rain for so long and when I contacted them they said book a taxi your selves. Not happy!

    Jet2 holidays are probably the best option if you want a package holiday to Europe, but be aware of the the room and hotel descriptions as they are all provided by the hotels, so can be a bit more flattering than the reality. You do still need to do independent research on location and what’s actually included- don’t assume all inclusive actually includes all ! I would also advise that room upgrades you pay for in advance with jet 2 need double checking that you’re getting what you are paying for- as the specs don’t always match reality, Jet 2 service is pretty much second to none, the aircraft are pretty good and nearly always on time and the staff are very good. I’ve never known luggage not to arrive. Definitely better than other options. The prices are good , particularly if you can tweak your dates and length of stay sometimes 11 nights can be cheaper than 10 ! All in all i wouldn’t book a package holiday with anyone else and as long as you’re aware of the limitations I would highly recommend them.

    We had a weeks holiday booked in Lloret de Mar, shortly after arriving my partner suffered an insect bite which under normal circumstances wouldn’t be an major issue however, she had a severe reaction to this to such an extent that we had to curtail our holiday and head home. I spoke with Adam on the 24 hour Jet2 helpline, he couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful, excellent service. Just three hours after making the call to the helpline we were on the next flight home. I really couldn’t speak any higher regarding the service and attention we received. Five stars all round.

    We booked Villa Oahu in Albufeira through Jet2holidays and Solmar Villas, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we found the property to be in a poor condition — it was not clean, had visible damage, and did not reflect the images shown in the listing. Due to concerns about hygiene and overall suitability, we felt it was not possible to stay there and had to make alternative accommodation arrangements. Jet2 and Solmar Villas refused to take responsibility. We were passed back and forth, offered no help, no alternative accommodation, and no refund — despite Jet2 staff saying even they wouldn’t stay there. We had to pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. What should’ve been a relaxing family holiday to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary was ruined. The in-resort compensation offered — a mere £195 — was entirely insufficient and did not reflect the seriousness of the disruption we experienced. Needless to say I declined this offer. No alternative accommodation was provided, leaving us with no choice but to arrange and pay for it ourselves. As such, we incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses. Avoid Villa Oahu and be very cautious with Jet2holidays or Solmar Villas. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

    We are 5 people with no bags in the overhead bin, yet we were not allowed to put our jackets in the bin!! And I was trying to tell this to the flight attendant, but she rude and loud, as if I don’t understand what she is saying. This happened in the flight to paris on 21 Sep. I think it is my right to put our jackets in the bin and not in the dirty place where I put my shoes on (in the front of my seat), & it is not my problem if other passengers brought more carryons that what they should. Finally, flight attendant should be more polite.

    I can’t fault the flights or the service offered. Great customer service for our recent trip to Rome. French air traffic control impacted our journey home on Friday 24th March and Jet 2 did everything they could to keep us informed. Cabin crew were attentive, the only criticism I have is one CC member on our return leg, Alice, thought it appropriate to spray perfume on herself 3 times during the flight. Considering we were sat in Row A facing the galley, the perfume was somewhat overpowering and inconsiderate. My husband is autistic and is very sensitive to sounds and smells. Alice should be more considerate to passengers!

    Just come back from Lazarote Secrets hotel with Jet2. First time using Jet2, we were very impressed the flight was nice, the hotel was beautiful, and they have a rep in the hotel at certain times to help you out and trips available. All went smoothly Would definitely use them again for a package type holiday

    Booked online, first time with Jet2 ...flights. transfers, hotel etc... everything was straightforward and smooth. On the return journey, the flight was diverted to another airport due to poor weather conditions...the pilot and airline crew was excellent. The jet 2 team at the alternate airport were helpful...coaches were arranged immediately. I was on the last coach, and they gave us crisps and water ....I think a sandwich wouldn't have gone a miss but otherwise everything was very good.

    Just returned from a week in Tenerife. Firstly, Jet2’s digital communication was first class! It was timed correctly, was very informative and during times where guidance quickly changes, it was welcomed. Check in at Bristol was so simple. All Jet2 staff were genuinely happy to welcome and help us. Everyone was informal but professional which is the way it should be! Flight crew were great and the pilot said some really nice things about being pleased to see customers back after a tough time with Covid. He had a great sense of humour too and made everyone smile. At Tenerife it was the same - fantastic service from beginning to end. Our family were flabbergasted how great Jet2 were - have recommended them to everyone we know and will definitely be our number 1 choice for our next holiday. Well done and thank you to everyone

    Just back from a long weekend city break in Palma. First of all have to say the staff that worked at the airport in Birmingham and Palma were outstanding. They helpful and attentive . The crew on the plane were also amazing . It was hassle free. Hotel we went to was also in the perfect location so thanks to the agent when booking that pointed us in the right direction.
