   Amazing place to book holidays, All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, booked holiday with Aaliyah and what an amazing experience, holiday was booked within no time all details were explained and and just overall a great Experience will definitely be booking more holidays with the Team down at Batley store! Thanks once again to Aaliyah and all the team at Althams Batley!

   Walked into shop to be greated by a woman looking miserable as sin."can I help you" no hello or good morning, so I ask if it would be possible to print my boarding passes out for her reply to be "did you book here" (which I hadn't but it does that still make a difference really) so I said I hadn't and she just said "no I can't do it then" I said that's not a problem and said goodbye,. She did not explain as to why this couldn't be done and not even so much as a goodbye! Never will i go there to book a holiday and I will warn anyone who mentions booking there. Deffently needs an upto date course on customer service!!!

   I wanted to book a holiday for next year 2022. I really need a break and I was looking forward to hopefully book a holiday from Althams Batley. I went in and the lady was on the phone, when she got off the phone the way she was speaking to me was very unprofessional and she did not help us out at all, I told her where I want to go and when, instead she gave us a brochure to take home. I did not want to stay in that place for a minute longer so I just left. I do not know the females name however she is a middle aged woman and wears glasses. She should not be in this job at all if she can’t even communicate with potential customers, I have no words I am literally appalled. She spoiled my whole day.

   Unfortunately not very helpful.when we walked into the shop we were just left standing there no one seemed bothered to ask if they could help. We were just about to walk out when the apprentice asked if we would like any help. We went to book an holiday with her but she seemed nervous and not trained well she Never told us about the resort we were going to. What terminal we flew from. No hotel info. When we asked she didn't know. But none of the other staff offered to help they just sat there.
