   Amazing place. Liam is fab and engages with the children every visit. Happy to dress up and entertain constantly. We love it here. Spiderman is excellent. Best we’ve seen, kids are amazed

   The play area is good, especially for under 10s and little ones. Toilets need some updating and the snack/drink selection wasn't great on the day as they were re stocking maybe, I've seen more on other days. Hot food quality was good value for money and came out quickly. They put on kids entertainment IE dancing and games which my 2 boys loved, never seen that at a soft play before, the kids were made up, hence the 4 stars, it's an A for effort.

   Absolutely fantastic! We had my little boys first birthday party here today. The kids loved the play area. From under 1’s up to age 10, it kept them all entertained! Huge thank you to Sandra and the team who couldn’t do enough to help us! Food was great and the place was so clean. Really hoping it doesn’t close down as advertised :(

   Attending today and on the surface the place looked clean and tidy in the toddler section however more attention needed in the ball pool section at the bottom of the slide where there were several areas where dust was collecting.

   Cheap and cheerful, does exactly what you need a soft play area to do. Plenty of space and fun for the kids. It's clean and the cafe is decent enough at the basics. Easy to park right outside (though be careful to not stray into the KFC bays as you can get fined). Only criticism like with most soft play areas is that you get older kids running around in the toddler area which is pretty frustrating when you have a young one crawling around.

   Good play area for kids but they need to be over 2 to really make the most of it. There is a small toddlers area which is ok. And a very small sensory room which has clearly just been added on as an afterthought. The sensory room is about as bad as they get.

   We had a god enough time here. However, I don’t believe that there’s enough or clear warning/reminder that you can only park outside for 90 minutes. Funtown should give clearer warning that their own 90 minutes allowance to stay playing could land you with a big parking fine. We left the car park seven minute later that the 90 minutes. It does take time to load two tots into their car seats. We had a £100.00 penalty charge sent via the post. When I spoke to the Funtown manager my issue I did not feel much empathy which led me to believe, that this is a common occurrence. She simply told me to appeal and say that we were Funtown clients. T hi s did not work. So, just a warning; so not park outside Funtown as this might happen to you. A real shame that we will not be back there again .

   This is our first time experiencing Fun Town and safe to say will not be returning! There was snail trails in the car section where my son wanted to walk and crawl around. In the bigger section, ice cream pots were left there split over which left services sticky. Just not very clean also freezing in there! My son needed changing also and when folding down the changing mat only to find poo marks all over it and down the sides! The bin was overloaded and absolutely stunk!

   Definitely would not recommend, the place is very dirty and unsafe. We paid 5 pound to enter and left after 30 minutes because of how dirty it was. The place needs a really deep clean (and to continue to be cleaned?!) and the metal rods sticking out in the sensory bit need to be fixed before someone hurts themselves!
