   Wish I'd seem the reviews below before I had bought from here. Items not arrived with value of £326.58. Someone was supposed to contact me back friday but didn't. The items were supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago and I've had to hire something to replace the item I wanted to purchase. They delivered the items to a wrong house and now we can't get our money back. SCAM website.

   Excellent company. I searched for the item I wanted and Sitebox were the cheapest by far. And free delivery! Sonia kept me updated throughout the whole process, and my very bulky item (180kg) was delivered earlier than expected, in a matter of days. Even the driver from the delivery company, Palletline I believe, was very helpful and pleasant. Sitebox will.be my first port of call should I need anything of similar nature in the future. Thank you, well impressed

   They take orders on items that they don’t have and cannot get, even though a representative confirms they can on a phone call! 10 days after ordering, I had to call them to be told this. I am now stuck without the ladder I need to do my job. Times are currently tough as it is and these clowns are making it worse.

   I'd love to rate them higher as they were helpful with the order. But they sent me the wrong respirator filters, potentially knocking years off my life. I have lung conditions anyway, so this is concerning. I ordered an A2PSL filter from them, which will filter small particulates from fibreglass and also fumes from resin etc. What I was actually sent was an A2 filter which only filters fumes. So I've been breathing in all kinds of dust and extremely dangerous particles. I had no reason to check this initially and given I'm not the expert here, I didn't check the filter type, as I wrongfully assumed they were the experts. I only realised when I'd ordered a replacement filter. The replacement filter was completely different to the original filter and when I'd studied the labels on them, I'd come to this sudden realisation. I am absolutely appalled. Unfortunately I had to reset my phone so images have been lost, otherwise I would be seeking legal action for this. It's disgusting that a company promoting health and safety is this poor with their order fulfillments.

   Have been buying from there guys for a few years now and has been simple and straight forward. We place the order and they ship it for delivery next day if possible. If they are issues, they communicate that to us. Friendly service too.
