   DO NOT RECOMMEND PLZ SAVE YOURSELF!!!!! This man frauded us by not booking our tickets we were meant to go from Uk to Dubai and Dubai to Islamabad Airport as a connecting flight. But he only booked till Dubai airport and didn’t tell us. We found out in Manchester airport. He told us luggage was 40kg but when we got to the airport he told us it was 30kg. We were already over and we were using 20kg my aunties. He wouldn’t pick up the phone and we were only 3 women and 4 kids under 11 no man to help us. Lots of suitcases, on top of that he wouldn’t answer the phone. The night before we called him to send us our tickets, we were meant to fly emirates there and back but he only booked emirates till Dubai. Then said I’ll book the flight to Islamabad airport but he didn’t so my uncle had to pay out of pocket to do so and we had to fly air blue. We also booked the flights all the way back in December of 2024 and were flying in end of march so he had lots of time to send us the tickets. We would ask him every day for them and he said I’ll send you it online. On the way back from Pakistan we went on Saudi airlines and it was a really horrible experience He owes us £10,000 + and 6 months later he still doesn’t answer the phone. I beg plz save yourself from him.

   Do not use this company . Bunch of cowboys. After 6 months of chasing today get told declared bankrupt. Owe me £350. I will be taking legal action stay away

   I wouldn't even give this place one star. Their customer service is terrible; they never answer the phone. I sent a cargo in August, promised delivery in 10 weeks, and it took 21 weeks to be delivered. Absolutely appalling service!

   I would give him 0 stars if that was possible don’t go to NASER Ahmad !!!! his a con man, paid £100 cash for a nadra card was told it would be done in a week as it’s fast track waited and waited kept making excuses after waiting for over two months I said just cancel my application and give me a refund he said that’s fine but kept ignoring my calls and messages. I eventually went to his office and he gave me back £15.00 and said the rest will take 6 weeks so I said ok after 6 weeks he continued to lie excuse after excuse then stopped answering my calls and and blocked me my husband went to his office he tried lying again but my husband managed to get my money back thank fully. Not professional at all and an absolute LIER and CONMAN do not pay by cash if anything ever goes wrong he will not refund you . Would not recommend anyone to go to this guy con man will take your money not get the job done and block you . STAY AWAY !!!!

   Really slow service they don't even call back personally wudnt recommend them didn't have good experience called few times my mother booked ticket from here to change setes they said oh we forget to check literally message them for 1 week very slow service needs improvement
