6 months late with this review sorry. Probably the highest level of customer service I've experienced with a business. They didn't have what I ordered but went above and beyond to help me get what we needed before a comp. The quality of the Mizuno Gi's can't be compared, I just can't see them degrading in anyway. The Gi's will still look brand new by the time my boys grow out of them and we'll get to pass them on to the next students. Mizuno is worth every cent.
Ordered a Mizuno Keiko Gi for my partner who wanted a tough but light Gi with a slim cut. The Keiko was perfect for her! Highly recommended for slim players! After one training session and a wash, we noticed a small hole in one of the seams from a rare manufacturing error. However this wasn’t a problem as Les provided extremely quick and efficient customer service and sent out a replacement Gi for us within 15 minutes of being alerted to the problem. We look forward to using Mizuno Judo UK again in the future

Got a Judo suit 1 size too small, 1 call and within seconds very friendly staff (Les) organised a size larger to be delivered to me straightaway. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced was literally blown away . Good service and of course Good quality Judo suit. Thank you.
