    The employee is very rude and makes fun of the customer, she needs to be a little polite and that's why I was going to buy 5 or 6 items, so I gave up on buying them.

    Rip off! If you want to return a product that you have never used it they will charge restocking fee 20% Imagine paying £15000 for a tool when you return it next day you lose £3000 Nobody will worn you about it, on top of it they will say is your responsibility to check online for all their methods off ripping off customers. What on earth can bring you £3000 expenses of restocking fee for one tool. This is an example for me restocking fee was about £1050 and I not even opened box. Tried to return it within 24h maybe less. When I got there I was informed about the 20% fee. They were so happy to take it back...

    Hilti sent us a faulty drill and, and now refuse to give us a refund because they say the batteries weren’t inside their own individual box when we returned it - they have been told time and time again that WE NEVER RECEIVED A BOX IN THE FIRST PLACE and have begged them to check their Edmonton store cameras so they can see for theirselves. Shane francis opened it up right in front of our face and the CCTV will clearly identify that although the battery & charger may usually be sent out in their in box in our case this is simply not the case and does not justify them to hold onto our money. They refuse to check the cameras, I wonder why????? Either way the drill is over £1500 and the lack of & cost of these cardboard boxes that hold the battery/charger surely does not warrant them with the powers to withhold funds. I don’t understand their logic. First of all it took them 3 attempts for their courier to collect the drill, they would say they were going to attend and just not show up, we chased so many times for them to collect it since they refused to take it back inside the actual store “apparently due to covid” - Again, an absolute joke since the guy in the store touched the receipt with his bare hands and then point blank refused to take the drill In. If the contamination was such an issue surely you would not touch anything. it was from then I knew they were making up excuses to obstruct the refund. They finally have their drill back, and have given the most absurd & poor excuses as to why we can’t get our hard earned cash retuned. Everything is in tact and in the same exact way that we received it. However , the next excuse they threw out was that the the drill box was faulty (slight scratch) which was the way when we received it yet we are being blamed for this too, and they are using their own incompetence against us simply to avoid giving us our money back . They say they check everything before it’s given to the customer , clearly not. We are livid, want nothing to do with this disgusting company and demanded a thorough investigation, we are yet to receive a response from the director, cannot believe a “reputable” company is acting like this in a pandemic and outright refuse to check their cameras to see that the we returned the item exactly how it was received. @hilti @hiltigb you are a Disgrace . Edmonton store . If I could give 0 star I would, and I will never ever purchase anything from them again. I will stick with my usual tool shops as I have done for years and never had an issue. Worst decision I’ve ever made is stepping into. HILTI shop. The staff are so rude and dismissive, and it’s a shame they happy to take peoples money, but the minute you want to return the item it’s an issue .

    Hilti repair center poor service, send it fully working tool with small damage , they tell me to pay more than half cost of new tool , and when i cancel repairs, they send me back damage parts and no fully complete, see photo
