   Rude, nasty, no customer service, the guy on the phone in customer service would not help me at all, they take your money and thats where any customer service ends, youre stuck and they will not help you, also, when you phone customer service, the guy on the phone is positively agressive !

   I needed a new professional jet washer so headed to Machine Mart after they were favourable in internet searching. I was in the shop for less than 30 seconds before a friendly member of staff came over to help me. I had a fairly good idea of which model I wanted, however I was glad to hear the knowledgeable advice from Mr Chalk I making my final decision (which didn't change!). The sale was made quickly and I was able to get back to my days work. I will consider Machine Mart for many more of my tool purchases in future.

   Well, I must say if ever there was a company that has got it right, it's Machine Mart (Lea Bridge Road). The whole process of selling, delivery and after care was amazing. The story goes as follows: Needed a generator, not having a clue of how generators work and all the technicalities surrounding the buying process, I turned up at Machine Mart. The sales chap, named Ship, was very helpful and guided me in buying a generator. Against his good advice I purchased a generator that was inadequate for my needs. Not only did I purchase a wrong one, I had no idea how to operate it. What was great, Jon at Machine Mart was a phone call away and talked me through the whole process and help me trouble shoot and get the generator going! What I liked about dealing with Machine Mart was that they didn't wash their hands of me once the sale was done! I was able to take the generator back and upgrade it to the correct one at no extra cost! Wanted to thank Ship, Jon and Lewis for all their help! Certainly, will be recommending Machine Mart and writing to the head office to recognise their service. keep up the good work. Kamran
