   NO stars given we vistered yesterday as the free carers company tickets are changing in march 2026 over to nimbus +1 symbols i showed the man my id for dla and merlin card which his red which means +1 symblol and hynt card when both as my kids photo on them and we payed for ride pass which means if you buy one pass the carer gets a free pass as well the man went to get our free pass the lady which his the supervise come over tryed to make my pay because i didnt have a nimbus card which i said this rule dont come intill march 2026 then it went from we cant give you to carers free ride pass as this his now with a nimbus card only as i explained why isnt it show on your webite then it says march 2026 bare in mind we waited 5 minters to be told this when the man was going to get our wirst bandd to then this lady said have they shown id to which point be prepaired to all CARERS as this lady tryed her luck to make more money and was being so akeward when i had lots of ID even so the fairground was bare and some dont open intill 1 oclock when follyfarm opens at 10 just so shocking i will never put my kids through this again and will not be returning so gone down hill and even when visting santa which is a extra 8.50 my son his 16 AUTISM bare in mind when FROZEN lady come in she only makes a fuss with the little kids it would of been nice to just say HELLO to my son as he would of been in line if he didnt belive in SANTA as he haves a mind of a 6 year old i at to ask her for a photo with my son so needs to learn about special needs in this place and even better the food place where closed

   Just got back from an absolutely amazing family day out at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo in Pembrokeshire, Wales. My wife, son and I have visited many family farms over the years, but this one is on another level! At first, we thought the admission price was a little steep, but once we arrived (around 10am) we realised just how much there is to see and do — we were genuinely pushed for time trying to fit it all in! From the petting barn, where you can get hands-on with friendly farm animals, to the zoo area where we got up close to the lionesses, every part of the day was unforgettable. My son was over the moon – it was the first time he’d seen lions this close (his favourite animal!) and it made the whole experience even more special. All of the animals looked really well cared for, and the enclosures were clean, spacious and beautifully maintained. You can tell how much effort goes into ensuring both the animals and visitors have the best possible experience. After exploring the zoo, we discovered the indoor fairground and soft play area — both were incredible! The fairground had all the classic rides, from dodgems and waltzers to carousels and tons more, bringing back such nostalgic memories of my own childhood. The play zones are thoughtfully split by age, so there’s something for every child. Seeing my son’s face light up was priceless. By the end of the day, we agreed the admission was absolutely worth it. If we lived closer, we’d 100% get the annual pass so we could visit again and try one of the animal experience days next time. Huge thanks to all the staff for such a wonderful experience — everything was clean, safe, friendly, and full of fun. If you’re looking for things to do in Wales or a family-friendly day out near Tenby or Pembrokeshire, I can’t recommend Folly Farm highly enough.

   We visited with my parents and my one year old daughter and we all really enjoyed it. You could hire a mobility scooter which was fantastic for my Dad who struggles to walk far (think it was £20 with refundable £30 deposit?). Also you could hire single/ double buggies if you needed. Everywhere is really accessible for wheelchairs/ buggies and there is soo much to see. You can get your ticket validated to visit again within 7 days, which we would have done had the weather not been so shocking the week we were away. Loads of animals and so many great play areas for children of all ages!! Even the cafe for lunch exceeded our expectations, thought it would be a bit basic but we all really enjoyed the food and the kids grazing platter was a great array of ‘picky bits’ for our daughter. Would really recommend!! We visited on a weekday outside of school holidays so it was relatively quiet which was great.

   Lovely family day out for sure and with staying at the holiday park it was included in our price so even better. So much to see and do, all very well laid out, clean tidy and all children play equipment seemed well looked after and safe for us. The animals seemed happy and loved. Only down side I do think it is an expensive day out even with this included in our holiday, however I would still pay again for the fair ground when we go again.

   Such a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Having just arrived in Pembroke and driving towards Swansea, I spotted the sign on a roundabout and thought 'why not!' So my mum and I decided to take a detour and had such a wonderful experience ☺️ Beautifully maintained and so well laid out. Around every turn was another gorgeous animal or attraction. There was a great variety of animals and all were clearly well cared for. The gift shop and food options were also a lovely treat and reasonably priced

   A magnificent place for young kids and maybe even better for the adults! The range of animals is incredible and there's a lot of other things to do - including a lot to do indoors, which is good on rainy days. Also good for rainy days is the current 'Free return visit offer', which allows you to visit again within seven days for free (well, it was good apart from a bizarre argument with the girl at the entrance, whose first instinct was to not honour it despite us doing everything right). Check the website to see whether that offer is available and how to claim it. There are good food options, including the burgers.

1. Spy Amongst Friends. ★★★★★

   Tickets may seem pricey, especially when buying for a family but don't let that put you off. You can easily spend a full day here, with almost everything included with entry. Lovely walk around the park, amd you can get pretty close to many of the animals. The restaurants offer a decent range of food, presented well. Soft play and indoor play the biggest I've seen. Several outdoor play areas too. Highly recommended.

   A wonderful day out. The zoo was beautifully maintained with plenty of space for all the animals & very informative displays (the children enjoyed doing the free challenge trail.) I highly recommend the tropical house & sloths, a real hidden gem. So much to keep everybody happy with the rides as well. I only knocked off one star as you have to purchase tokens for the rides so this is an additional cost that soon mounts up!

   Good as one off but quite expensive. Nice zoo area, penguins were the favourite. I'm not sure about farm yard, all the animals and not a person in sight anytime we were in. Anything could be happening. They no longer have any meet the animal style visits as part of normal tour. I asked specifically as we had met ferret and rabbits previously. Expensive as adults and children pay in, the 2 kids went on the diggers and cars and used up 18 of 20 tokens we had bought just on 2 rides, so you're looking at more costs to do any of the rides when there. Without any expenses aside from ticket and tokens it cost £103.80 vs £70.66 for same entrance and same tokens 3 yrs ago as I still have the emailed receipt. We probably spent another £10 on additional tokens as well as some rides cost more tokens now than previously. Playgrounds are nice and the kids d enjoy the boats and the large indoor play area. You can sit in middle of indoor area and see children run around you. We went on quiet day, so we had the best experience. We brought a packed lunch, lots of tables to eat at but beware the seagulls.

   Amazing day out for all the family, so much to see and do. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the areas are clean and safe with plenty of facilities dotted around the park. There are plenty of parking spaces with more than enough disabled parking towards the front of the entrance. Worth a visit every time we are in Wales, highly recommend to all.
