   Picked up repaired lathe.switch doesn't work as before, but I had to take it as I needed it for a job. All they done was put a fuse in it. Shop staff were polite and helpful.but service team didn't even contact me to inform me.not impressed.

   My review is based on the service I received today, two staff members were on the counter, busy with paperwork which I understand, thier approuch was very strange, didn't have the will to help choosing the product, also they just told me its thier i had to find what i needed, I go to this branch regularly and the staff member normally helps me at the counter wasn't working today, i think workers should understand companies employ and pay them to be polite and serve the customers with care. I had to pull the door with both hands heavy goods would been helpful if one of them open the door atleast.

   The car park to the Machine Mart store is located approximately 20 meters beforehand, in the slip road on the left as approaching from the A12. Once entered the parking is round to the right and is directly parallel to the back wall of the store. To gain access, walk back to the carpark entrance off the A12, turn left onto the footpath, and the stores front doors are 15/20 meters on the left
